member’? |

This year's Outstanding Member
Award program is simple as we are all busy doing more with less. The program offers five main categories in
which to earn points: involvement in
chapter growth, attendance, participation, education, and personal
growth. Points can be accumulated from
July 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.
Members who wish to participate need to submit their completed form to
Immediate Past President Susan Schultz The member who submits the below form by the deadline and
has the highest point total will be the Award winner. In the unlikely event of a tie, the
Immediate Past President, President, and one Chapter member not currently
serving on the Board will determine the winner. The individual selected as the 'Outstanding Member' will
be announced at the June 14th Installation Banquet by the Immediate Past
President and will be presented with a plaque and $25 gift card. I encourage |
